What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.

Cookies we use

We use two kinds of cookies on this site: essential cookies, which are always active, and analytics/advertising cookies, which only run if you accept them in our cookie banner.

Essential (always active):

• Language preference — remembers your chosen language so you don't have to re-select it on every page.
• Cookie consent — remembers your choice (accepted or rejected) so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit.
• Booking & reservations — our online booking and table reservation tools use temporary session data to keep track of your search and booking steps as you move through the process.

Analytics & advertising (only with your consent):

• Google Analytics (GA4) — helps us understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type) so we can improve it.
• Meta Pixel — helps us measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited this site.

These analytics and advertising cookies are only set once you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Reject non-essential" instead, only the essential cookies above are used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Managing cookies

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies via our cookie banner, and you can control or delete any cookie at any time through your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies described above may affect how well parts of this site, particularly the booking system, work.
